Service Satisfaction

I want you to love your hair! If you are unhappy with any of your services please contact me within 7 days of the original service. I am happy to make any adjustments needed to achieve the desire hairstyle and color that was discussed during the consultation.

Cancellations/ no-shows

I understand that unplanned problems arise. However, I hold the appointment just for you and ask if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment please provide me with at least 24 hours notice. That way I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and may be able to accommodate clients waiting to come in. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled services paid in order to reschedule. Confirmation reminders are sent out 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment as a courtesy. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment or adjustments may need to be made to ensure I don't run late for my next appointment. Two no show appointments will terminate business together. Thank you for your understanding.

Social Media Pictures

 Before & After's are used for social media, website, & marketing. When asked if its ok to take your picture that gives me consent to post them. If you want you can share and tag yourself. If you don't want your face shown just let me know.​​

Retail Product Purchase

I want you to love your products. Please feel free to ask for a sample to try it before you buy. Once purchased and it is not your perfect product you may replace it with a different product of your choice. Pricing difference will result in an additional charge. Replacements can only be made with full bottle products.
